What type of event did we provide entertainment for? Wedding
How would you rate our music selection: (5) Excellent - Mike said that it was a "tough crowd", but was easily able to get people out on the dance floor. He played all of the selections that we had requested online, was open to people making requests during the reception, and included a lot of fun group dances to make sure that everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
How would you rate our sound system? (5) Excellent
How would you rate our setup for neatness? (5)
Was your DJ well groomed and properly attired? (5) Absolutely - Mike was dressed in a nice and stylish tuxedo and was very appropriately dressed for the occasion
Was your DJ prompt? (5) by the time that the wedding party arrived Mike had already begun playing music while our guests were circulating around the room
Was your DJ courteous and professional? (5) Absolutely! Mike did everything he could to accommodate all that we had wanted, and made sure to call multiple times to ensure that we were all on the same page about what was expected
Was your DJ helpful and facilitated the event? (5) Yes - it was fun; he had props to make everything seem more lively (leis, glow bracelets, etc), and even got out on the floor with us to help learn the cha-cha slide :-)
Did your DJ play requests? (5) Yes - throughout dinner and dancing the majority of our requests were honored - we were very pleased
Did your DJ motivate the crowd? (5) as stated before, though Mike noted that this was a "tough" crowd, the majority of our guests danced throughout the night and stayed until the very end. We feel that the good and lively music selection truly helped to contribute to this fact.
Did your DJ coordinate activities with the caterer, photographer, etc? I'm not really sure - anything that needed to be done appeared done
Did you have a good time? (5) This was the most memorable night of our life and we are glad that Mike helped to make it so special
How would you rate our services over-all? (5) Would definitely recommend to future customers
How would you rate our website? (5) Having the online jukebox is fast, easy, and convenient... just make sure to take advantage of it!
Did you find most of the information you needed on our website? (5) Yes, and if not Mike always got back to us in a speedy manner via telephone
Was it easy to contact us and get the information you needed? (5) Yes - through phone, email, and the website we always received the necessary
information very quickly
